My FPGA is virtex5,storage device is XCF128X,and i want to use the slave selectMAP configuration mode. I have read the platform flash XL configuration and storage device user guide! As the guide's figure2-1, i connect FPGA to XCF128X.
1)All the pins which need to be connected are appear in the figure, right?
2)The configuration interface pins which not appear in the figure ,such as D_IN,DXP,DXN,how to connect?
3) Can i use the JTAG mode in slave selectMAP configuration mode? If i want to acheive both JTAG configuration and slave selectMAP configuration mode in my design, what changes i need to do ?

The connection diagram is correct.
2)The configuration interface pins which not appear in the figure ,such as D_IN,DXP,DXN,how to connect?
These are not used for Slave Selectmap. Consult the Virtex-5 config user guide - http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/user_g
3) Can i use the JTAG mode in slave selectMAP configuration mode? If i want to acheive both JTAG configuration and slave selectMAP configuration mode in my design, what changes i need to do ?
JTAG is independent from SelectMap and is always available regardless of teh Mode pin setting - you do not need to change the mode pins to access the device via JTAG. You simply need to connect your JTAG pins as per the User Guide - http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/user_g

You can always use JTAG no matter what the mode pins are set to.
