ML605 with PCIe and bitstream encryption?

Hi all.

Is there any way to configure the ML605 board with PCIe enabled (i.e. from Platform Flash XL) with bitstream encryption? I tried it but did not find a way to use flash in the 8-bit mode (16 bit mode can not be used with bitstream encryption).
