Hello,
I'm trying to play with my CoolRunner Starter kit on Windows 7 (Professional, x64, build 7600), but, I can't find any usable drivers for the whole setup. Installing it went very smoothly with my old system (Windows XP, x86), but now I'm stuck.
Is there any way I can use the board now?

When you find out which version of ISE you are using, please reply. This is quite a small thing to ask of you, don't you think?

The problem that you are having is that you are trying to use the ISE iMPACT software to configure the CPLD using the USB port.
The documentation for the board notes that you need to use the "CoolRunner-II Utility Window software" with the USB cable or an external progamming cable (aka PC-IV or USB-II) and the Xilinx iMPACT software to be able to program the device.
