The YouTube clip makes it pretty clear that it isn't a Xilinx board, but a Xylon board. Add a comment to the YouTube clip asking for more information on the board if it is not already posted on the Xylon logicBricks website.
Have you tried typing your question into Google? If not you should before posting.

Thanks for the reply.
If you look at the video again in 0:14, you can actually see that it's a Xilinx board.
Also I had got a reply from Xylon that this is a prototype from Xilinx that is not yet in the market.

Ed,
Karnhwa is at least partially correct. The base board is a Xilinx product. The FMC-HMI add-on board does not turn up in search engines, perhaps it is a yet-unreleased product?

The FMC module does not use a Xilinx numbering scheme and I can tell from the video that it will have an extremely low probability of passing CE certification for sale, so this can't be board built by Xilinx with the intent to sell.
The mystery deepens.
One would think that it would be (at the very least) "awkward" for the Xylon folks to publish a youtube video showing an unreleased product or a prototype which is not intended for release. In my experience, such practice would result in some very uncomfortable meetings with some very emphatic requests for 'explanations'.
Of course, this is mostly based on mere speculation, yes?
I've sent off my own inquiry to the Xylon folks, perhaps this will all be cleared up in short order.

This is the reply i get from Xylon Sales team, is actually Xylon that had suggested me to check with Xilinx. But since Xilinx rep has no clue, i probably stop searching.

Hi Lau,
Thank you for your email.
FMC-HMi is still not publicly available. Please check with your Xilinx contacts if they can provide or lend one. We have only one FMC-HMI for our own development.
I am not sure who will distribute the board: Xilinx and/or Digilent.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you,
Predrag Vidas

Hi,
I would like to know if XYLON is selling the FMC-HMI board as shown in the demo video? Or where can I get that?
I had been searching around Xilinx website but no clue.

Hi KarnHwa,
The FMC module you see in this video is being produced by Digilent. It is not released at this stage. I expect it should be released in the September timeframe. You can check with Digilent and your local Xilinx/distributor sales person to find out more.
It is the ZC702 that is shown alongside the HMI FMC module. The ZC702 base board is for sale now.
