The document below says the systemace chip has no connection on pin 79. And NC pins must not be connected to any signals. http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/data_sheets/ds080.pdf But int the board schematics such as ML401, pin79(noted as CFGPROG) is connected to PROGRAM_B pin of the FPGA. What is functionality of pin 79 in System ACE controller chip? Is it output or input?
