I have been encountering a rather strange
problem with the generation of the Clock Region Report. During the PAR
process, as the process generates Clock region report, it gives the
following message on a windows message box:
=========================== reportgen.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. ===========================
The entire process gets stuck till I do a Cancel on this message box. After that the process continues PAR till the end.
The corresponding messages on the ISE console are as follows:

Number of error messages: 0 Number of warning messages: 0 Number of info messages: 2
reportgen done!
