Bbertrand,

Use LVCMOS25 if you are looking for single ended and LVDS_25 for differential.

T

I think the LVCMOS25 can not drive 50ohm under 2.5V is 50mA.

@bbertrand To make sure I understand right, you would like to see a 2.5V level at the receiver which is a 50ohm load? If so, use the LVCMOS33.

Below is a simple IBIS sim I ran to show you the outputs of LVCMOS33 and LVCMOS25 driving a 50ohm load. I used LVCMOS33_F_16 in sims but the slew rate and drive strength depends on your trace length and frequency you planning to run at.

Just curious, what are you trying to drive and whats your setup like?
