I download BOOT.bin file on the web https://xilinx-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/A/pages/559875220/2020.1+Release

I want to know more information about this project on Vivado or what it's config about more detail.

Or maybe you can put related project link.

Please refer to ug1209, chapter 2 for creating a vivado example project and you can make use of the default configuration.
