XC7Z020-1CLG400C and XC7Z020-1CLG400I

Hello everyone, 

 

I designed a custom pcb with a XC7Z020-1CLG400C. I got two batches of pcbs manufactured and they work as expected. Last month I got a third batch manufactured and for this one I swapped the XC7Z020-1CLG400C for a XC7Z020-1CLG400I which has a wider operating temperature range. But unfortunately this new batch doesn't work. 

Could someone tell me if there are any other differences other than the operating temperature range? Are they expecting the same core voltages? Do they have the same pinout?

The should be no difference between C and I grade parts other than temperature range.  They both come from the same manufacturing run.  The parts are screened and then separated into the various Temperature and Speed grades.
