I am using the FFT core in ISE 13.2 and 14.7. In both cases there is no C model generated. Please guide if the c model has to be downloaded or is it generated by some other means.

The current, and I assume final, version of the FTT for ISE is version 8.0 for AXI and version 7.1 for not AXI. The c model code needs to be available on this website somewhere. There are many links instructing the users how to load this source code that simply do not work.It would be great if you could post a working link for both of these sources here. Xilinx simply cannot ignore this problem. Vivado does not support all the °active° parts, so this does matter.
So it appears this request is just going to be silently ignored by Xilinx. No "We aren't going to do that", no "Here is the data you requested". Not a good look, but unfortunately not a total surprise.
