I am not sure what has happened between this week and last week, but I have never seen this error before. Can anyone assist me?

I am using:

Windows 10

Xilinx ISE 14.4

Matlab R2011b

Windows 10 is not a supported OS, see https://www.xilinx.com/support/answers/17966.html.

I do not see a specific error message in the log, is it due to long windows path?

I'm seeing the same message.

Windows 10 / Vivado 2014.4

Everything was working last week - please fix.  My abbreviated log file is below:

Really? Windows 10 came out in 2015 and Windows 7 is no longer supported. I have the same problem as everyone else here and it was working before the latest Windows 10 update. Please fix.

I have the same issue here. I am using Vivado 2015.1. Everything was perfectly working. I am using Windows 10 (Updated to the latest version). It seems that this issue appeared after the latest update of Windows 10.

Any solution?

This worked for me :

"In summary: Replacing <VivadoInstallDir>/ids_lite/ISE/lib/nt64/libPortability.dll by libPortabilityNOSH.dll of the same folder resolves the problem"

Indeed it helped to launch Project Navigator on windows xp but then there were errors with creation of a new project and building of existing ones.
