I figured  out the problem : in the path of the  model, I have a space, so I delete this space and the Co-Simulation works fine

Are you able to configure the device using this exact hardware setup using impact? Does autodetect work?

Also, are you launching sysgen properly from the start menu/shortcut?

Thank you for your quick response,

I can configure the device using this exact hardware setup using impact as shown below, tow.JPG

but when i launch sysgen properly from the start menu/shortcut, I get this message on matlab : Unable to make work directory
and even so, I can find the xilinx blockset in the simulink library

With iMPACT, I can programme the FPGA borad so I have no problem with the connexion to the borad, but I still get the error shown on my firts post with System Generator Co-Simulation.
