Is the RFSoC Data Converter DSP IP available as a soft core?

Hi. I'm in the beginning stages of designing a versatile, multi-window FFT spectrometer for radio telescopes. I am planning to use the ZCU111 board as the hardware platform, for development use. I have been reading aobut the ADC block, and I really like the mixer and decimators built into it. But I need many more of them than are available in the hardware, to implement several steerable FFT spectrometers per ADC pair.

So, are the NCO, complex mixer and decimator functions available as soft IP cores from Xilinx? If so, what are they called? If not, can you please make them available in the near future?

This might give you a few pointers how to do it without using the built in blocks,
