Result of Inverse FFT is not correct ?

Hello all,

I have implemented a two dimensional convolution network on Artix-7 device. results for operating frequency are obtained from ISE tool reports generated after post place and route. Power consumption is calculated by using XPower Analyzer tool. Now I have two questions:

How I can verify the correctness of the obtained results (operating frequency and power consumption) using ISE tool, when compare with real on FPGA board results?

What is the error rate of ISE tools for calculating frequency and power of a design?
