Sysgen FIR 2D for SP605 Embedded kit fails to update on ISE 14.7

Hello all,

I am trying to use the 2D video demo from SP605 embedded kit. Inside the SP605 embedded kit documentation zip file > Tutorial Sandbox > Hardware > Microblaze [...] > pcores > rgb_2d[...] is an MDL (Sysgen Model File) whith the following contents:

Selection_001.jpg

It compiles fine, but is failing because there are missing variables not initialized, but the demo doesn't have any preFcn, .m file or something which initialize such variables.

Can someone within Xilinx upload those initialization variables or how to get rid off the error when the pcore is exported to EDK?:

Begin generation
Checking model status
Checking simulation times
Performing compilation and generation

Can you double check if there are any files which do the initialization?

Hi @nathanx

There are no more files than the Simulink model inside that folder. Not even a .m script or something else.

If the error message is not misleading, I would suggest you to check the "Index" in the error message by looking at your design.
