I try to connect my zynq 7020 (https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/1-571ww1.html) to matlab and simulink but it doesn't connect (all peripherals are recognized in windows correctly).
but when i write the command zynq on workspace of matlab, i have the netx error:
Error using codertarget.zynq.internal.LinuxShell/setupZynqHardware (line 500)
Could not connect to the hardware over Serial Port.
Check that USB cable is plugged into 'USB-to-UART' port of the hardware and the power switch is turned on.
If this error persists, switch off the hardware, wait for 10 seconds, switch on the hardware and then
repeat this step.
However, i have opened the configuration of embedded package of matlab and i see only the board zynq zc702, zynq zc706 and zedboard (figure in attachments). Hence, is the zynq z7020 not compatible?

The Zynq 7020 is the name of an FPGA device not the name of an eval board. The ZC702 and the ZedBoard are both eval boards that use the Zynq 7020.
Only certain eval boards are supported by the MathWorks software that you are trying to use. If your board is not one of the ones listed in the menu below, then it is not compatible with the Mathworks software.
