I have installed Matlab 2019b & after that Vitis 2019 but while double-clicking the Model Composer shortcut created in the desktop I am not able to get any response. This is happening in both Windows 10 & Ubuntu Operating System. Kindly guide me to resolve it out.

Are you using windows 64-bit version. The 32-bit version is not a supported version.
What is the Ubuntu version. Below are the supported versions,
Ubuntu Linux 16.04.5 LTS; 16.04.6 LTS; 18.04.1 LTS; 18.04.02 LTS (64-bit).
In windows, can you try to delete the entry of "Matlab and Vivado" in the Task manager; and then run it again.

I installed Vitis 2019.2 and MATLAB 2019b on Windows 10 and I am able to launch Model composer successfully.
There could be some problem with your installations, please clean up the directories and try re-installing the tools and check
Just launch MATLAB tool and see, if it launches then model composer should also be launched

Can you try to run the 'model_composer.bat' file by double-clicking it.
It is available at below location (please replace C:\Xilinx\ with your installation location).

Can you try launching the model composer from command line as admin ?
firstly try launching mode composer as below:
if it does not work, try below with -vivado switch
c:\Xilinx\Model_Composer\2019.2\bin>model_composer.bat -vivado c:\Xilinx\Vivado\2019.2
Please send us the info, warnings, errors that you see in both the cases

I am facing the same problem.
I tried above process and it says this:
"ERROR: Could not find MATLAB executable in the path. Please add the path to a MATLAB executable to the PATH environment variable and try launching Model Composer again."
'""' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
So I added my Matlab Executable file (.exe) file address into Path variable but it still shows the same error..
Can some help here
