Can I use tensorflow.contrib.decent_q on windows?

Jump to solution

Hi, I want to evaluate the quantized model by using the quantize_eval_model.pb file, but it always report: NotFoundError: Op type not registered 'FixNeuron' in binary running on BF-202003281304. Make sure the Op and Kernel are registered in the binary running in this process. Note that if you are loading a saved graph which used ops from tf.contrib, accessing (e.g.) `tf.contrib.resampler` should be done before importing the graph, as contrib ops are lazily registered when the module is first accessed

however, I have already add the tf.contrib.resampler at the begining of my code, why could this happen?

I see in some posts that import tensorflow.contrib.decent_q might help but it can only be used in vitis-ai platform, otherwise it wll report: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tensorflow.contrib.decent_q'

the following is my load_pb function, can anyone help? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

def load_pb(path_to_pb):
with tf.gfile.GFile(path_to_pb, "rb") as f:
graph_def = tf.GraphDef()
graph_def.ParseFromString(f.read())
with tf.Graph().as_default() as graph:
tf.import_graph_def(graph_def, name='')
return graph
graph = load_pb('./qoutput/quantize_eval_model.pb')
INPUT_NODE = 'input' # Get from "Freeze the model" flow
OUTPUT_NODE = 'activate/Softmax' # Get from "Freeze the model" flow
input_node = graph.get_tensor_by_name(INPUT_NODE + ':0')
output_node = graph.get_tensor_by_name(OUTPUT_NODE + ':0')

Hi Jerry,

I am afraid not. For now the VItis AI tools can not support Windows.

As I know Ubuntu 18.04 is the most commonly used platform.

Best Regards,
Jason
