Can not install software

I downloaded xilinx and it will not let me install the software. It prompts me to log in twice for some reason. I am able to login in the first time so I don't know why I have to login a second just to install the software. Need help, thanks.

Hi @tevin334 

What exactly did you download? 

What did you install? 

The ML-suite is built on top of the xilinx drivers and run time environment - XRT. Can you first verify that XRT is set up correctly?

Please look here for reference - https://github.com/Xilinx/XRT  

Please keep in mind that today (9/16/19) only 2018.2_XDF branch of XRT works with the Xilinx ML suite.
