Vitis AI API utilization

Jump to solution

Hello,

I have been playing hard with Vitis AI workflow to get a proper dpu_model.elf  file and generate the DPU Shared object library (libdpumodel.so) using UG1414 as reference.

Now, my question is: how can I use the functions from the shared library and create/debug real applications that interact with the DPU? Is there any example, apart from those files in the Vitis AI Library, of the usage of the Shared library?

I am new in this field, only Vivado/Vivado SDK experience so far. I do not have any knowledge on DNNDK or similiar tools. I am looking for the easiest workflow to use the generated files.

Thanks,

Alberto

Last Thursday the Xilinx Git was updated with a real tutorial on how to deploy custom models on the target boards, sample code to use the API is porvided. It was the tutorial we all were waiting for, good job guys! :D

The tutorial is here:

https://github.com/Xilinx/Edge-AI-Platform-Tutorials/tree/CIFAR10-Classification-with-TensorFlow
