vai_c_tensorflow error

Jump to solution

when I try to compile a frozen graph of mobilenetv1 to get .elf, I got the errors below:

[libprotobuf FATAL /home/dnnc/3rd-party/google/protobuf/repeated_field.h:1182] CHECK failed: (index) < (current_size_):
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'google::protobuf::FatalException'
what(): CHECK failed: (index) < (current_size_):

this is my commands:

vai_c_tensorflow \
--frozen_pb /workspace/other_models/tensorflow_slim/mobilenet_v1_224_frozen_quant.pb \
--arch /opt/vitis_ai/compiler/arch/dpuv2/Ultra96/Ultra96.json \
--output_dir ./result_slim \
--net_name mobilenetv1

I have try to use "pip3 install  protobuf==3.7.0 --user" in the workspace, but still the same problem. Dose anyone meet the same error before?

hI @lixiaocui ,

I have googled on internet and found:

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/protobuf/EMO34cSxPJU

But I have found another post just created in the same time about quantization.

I am not sure if this issue is caused by unproper modification.

I would suggest you to resolve one problem at a time.

And BTW when you start up the docker image and activate Anaconda environment the tools should be ready for use.

There is no need to update associated installed tools/libs.

Best Regards,
Jason
