Could it be that you need to enable some settings in the BIOS for Device Mgr to identify it?

What drivers are you using to detect the Alveo card?

I have no idea what you mean but try to adjust some PCIE Setting in BIOS.(ex. PCIE detecting => 1) AUTO , 2) GEN one , 3) GEN two , 4) GEN three)
The nuisance is still confusing and how am i going to get out of this jam ?

Few months ago, I installed my U200 in Ubuntu system and updated firmware.
May does the firmware cause the problem?

Do you have any documentation suggesting Alveo acceleration works on windows?
You need to download and install the Alveo drivers, these are called XRT (Xilinx Run Time). While the runtime drivers do not currently support windows os, we plan to in the future.
I was wondering if you had found other 3rd party drivers that would enable the card to work with windows.
