How to unload FPGA using xsct?

Jump to solution

Hi,

I want to "unload" the FPGA (connected with USB blaster to PC) from XSCT console. Is there any command for this to blank the FPGA?

(I want to reduce the power consumption of my board without a full power cycle)

No there is no direct command to reset the FPGA from XSCT tool. Either you can use PROG_b or power cycle the board.
One of the customer shared this https://forums.xilinx.com/t5/Embedded-Development-Tools/How-to-hard-reset-a-board-programmatically/td-p/780337 if it helps.

Thanks
