Advanced source editor in vivado

I'm interested in more advanced source editor. Look at the aldec active hdl - green background text colors, Indent formatting text, collapsing.

What is your opinion about this?

There's no need to do your source editing in Vivado. In fact, you don't need to use the Vivado GUI at all if you don't want to (you can do everything with TCL scripts). Feel free to do your editing in Active HDL, or in Notepad++, or Programmer's Notepad, or in Quartus for that matter.

I've seen this settings, but I'm looking for something to format .c, hdl code from lazy programmers.
The backlighting of the text can help us in reading thousands of lines of code.

if you aren't using vim to edit your source files, you're doing it wrong ;-)
