I have a working design in Vivado (Project mode), but I occasionally make a copy to try out a new idea. I have 5 customized Xilinx IPs that I use (Block RAMs, FIFOs, clocking wizards), so when I make a new design I just copy them from one project to another. Can I put these in a repository so that they show up in the IP catalog the way that a custom IP does? Vivado doesn't make a component.xml or xgui folder, which I think is required for the repository.
If I can't put them in a repository, what's the usual way to share them?

Hello @josephsamson
I have attached "UG1119: Creating and Packaging Custom IP", which goes over a tutorial on how to create an IP and, more importantly, how to define a custom IP repository in page 24.
I hope this helps!
