Custom Board Interface

I'm working on creating a custom board interface file to use in Vivado. I've read through the UG895 documentation and I'm modeling my changes off of similar board interfaces. However, it seems that if Vivado thinks there is an error in the board.xml file it simply doesn't show up. The TCL command get_board_interfaces shows my custom board, but not any of the errors associated with parsing it. Is there way of debugging this?

Re: Custom Board Interface

At least it would be worth knowing where the error has been detected (line?)...

While an appropriate debug tool would be the most logical solution...

Re: Custom Board Interface

Any solutions for this? There has to be a way to lint check or validate a board file, right?
