DocNav and Documentation Issue

For the last few days I have been unable to download documents in DocNav or via the web.  For instance I go to download https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2020_2/ug1399-vitis-hls.pdf and the download gets to about 10% and then stops.  The same if I try to download it in DocNav.

Also in DocNav I have an orange button stating 'Check Catalog Status' that seems to do nothing when I press it - no update dialog as I would expect.

Tried on several computers all with the same result.  I have checked the internet connectivity at it is fine.

Server issue?

This is probably related to the 2020.2 release. There is a big workload on the server. This should get better this week.

Same for me for a couple of days now. It doesn't matter if I access the server through a firewall, via VPN, or with a direct connection through optics.
