ERROR: cannot be connected both to an input port and an instance output pin.

Hi,

 

I keep recieving the following errors which are preventing me from testing and implementing this design. http://i.imgur.com/waFMKRI.png?1 

 

The aim is an asynchromous lock. The only way to remove this error is to either remove every single component or to remove all of the inputs.

So do you think that this is the problem? http://prntscr.com/6j7b7l as I can't seem to change this to "not a port"

Thanks, deleting and replacing all of the small wires from the inverters solved this problem.
