You can use “Settings > Tool Settings > Shortcuts” to setup/define shortcuts in the Vivado IDE – see the section called “Configuring Shortcut Keys” on about page 148 of UG893.

Currently, there is a shortcut, Ctrl-A, to select/highlight all components in the Schematic view window.

You can change the Vivado IDE color scheme using  “Settings > Tool Settings > Colors”.
