How to merge two projects quickly?

Jump to solution

I wonder if there are some methods to merge two projects into one quickly? Just like Packaging a project into an IP core and add it into the other project?

Hi xzwang@hnu.edu.cn ,

By "two projects" you mean two separate FPGAs in one project or both projects on same FPGA?

If on same FPGA,  keep the two projects separate in a source-code  repository. Then create a Vivado project and "include" the sources for those two projects in the project. Create a top-level source to instantiate those two projects.

Thanks,

Raj
