How to open block design file?

I'm save "design_a.bd" file in project A

and then, I want to open in the project B

Hi @ghkdkrtks 

You can add .bd file (created for project A)  as sources file in project B like the way you add .v,.vhd, .sv, .xci file. Once you add it, you can open the block diagram in the project B by clicking on it.
