Problem in connecting two blocks in schematic entry

Hi!

I got 16 bit data coming  out from 4 four bit latches , LD4(assume them be larch A, Latch B, Latch C and Latch D). I combined latch A and B to get 8 bit data and similarly latch C and D to get another 8 bit data. I need to compare these two 8 bit data using 8 bit comparator COMP8 (comparator from symbols). My problem is I don't know how to make connection between the individual data lines coming from latches to 8 bit input data bus in the comparator COMP8. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Re: Problem in connecting two blocks in schematic entry

Bring busses out of the  two latches:
For latch A label it latchAB(3:0)

For latch B label it latchAB(7:4)

Then connect a bus into the comparator and label it  latchAB(7:0).
That should concatenate the signals the way you want, if you want to make it look neater you can add bus splitters aswell.

To be honest though the schematic entry is so buggy and useles, it's probably worth just connecting the stuff using a HDL like verilog.
