Vivado IP encryption

Is IP encryption only allowed for certain companies/individuals? I sent an email to Xilinx but havent had any reply. I am developing some IP that I would like to give to my customers without exposing the HDL. So I am looking for a way to encrypt it. Thanks

I have provided a link to a page that talks about IP encryption. I have also attached UG1118, the "Creating and Packaging Custom IP" User Guide, which has a specific section on IP encryption, CH.6 Page 90.

It doesnt help really as my question was how do I obtain a licence :) As I mentioned I emailed Xilinx but got no reply.

As I mentioned I have already done that. I havent had any reply. I just want to confirm that anyone can have a licence, or is it just certain companies?
