Vivado , where to store IP cores used inside a new Packaged IP project?

Hi,

I have a design that is using a set of pre-generate cores (.xci files).

Now, I want to convert this project into a packaged IP.

My question is, basically, wherever I put these pre-generate cores, vivado issues warnings during packaging the project.

If there are some where inside the project folder,

Vivado claims that these cores may have overlap with the rest of generated files.

If I put them outside the project folder,

again at the time of packaging the IP, it claims that, it is not using the relative path for these components and instead it can only use the absolute path. (while I have added all of the items to my project using relative paths)

Which version of the tool are you using?
In 2013.4, the defaults should work.

Hi

Latest 2013.4

Yes, I didn't say it is not working!

I said it is generating Warning messages that sounds not suitable to me.

Why the tool begins using absolute path instead of relative one? while I have added every thing to the project through their relative path?
