could not find "upgrade_log file"

Hi all

 

I got an error mesage with

[Project 1-19] Could not find the file 'D:/uB_custom_IP/5simpleIP_createPORT/project_1/project_1.srcs/sources_1/bd/design_1/ip/design_1_simple_port_0_0/design_1_simple_port_0_0.upgrade_log'.

 

There is no problem when I checked my custom IP location at "project setting"

 

Do you know why it is happened?

 

I appreciate for any comment or help.

Hi,
Are you using Vivado 2013.4? We have seen such issues with 2013.4 and resolved the same in 2014.1

I forgot to mention about the version of VIVADO

 

VIVADO 2015.2 has been used for this question

Hi @tw011

Do you deleted the IP files from the disk?

I mean to say .right click on the IP and select remove file from project & in the pop up dialog check the box to delete file from disk?

 

Try creating the project from scratch and see if that helps.

thanks for help. it works

 

But, I want to know any other way to fix it, because I think erasing IP & making it again is not efficient way.
