I have created a ciruit for a simple cpu in xilinx and have used Ram16x4s as the memory and acc4 as the ALU/ACC. Have written a verilog code and created an equivalent schematic for the control unit and connected these components to build a schematic for the cpu.
Can anyone please tell me how to find the equivalent verilog code for the whole circuit?

Going from a schematic to structural Verilog is fairly simple
1) Your top level module will have only the design's pins in the port list.
2) declare wires for all of the interconnecting nets in your schematic.
3) Use instantiation for the blocks in the schematic. For Verilog blocks
that you created you can get an instantiation template in the processes
for the source under "design utilities". For library elements like the
RAM's you will find the correct Verilog instantiation templates in the

sir plz plz plz give me your code for cpu ( even seperately of all modules)
There is Verilog code for an ALU here that you could perhaps steal.
Perhaps your supervisor(s) will not detect your laziness and plagiarism.
