How To Use VIO And Chipscope Core Inserter Simultaneously ?

Hi,

 

I'm using ISE14.7 and I want to use VIO in my design. I find that  a VIO only can be included as an IP core with a ICON IP core, but I also want to use ILA cores. If I implement ILA using CORE GENERATOR, it will be a much difficult job because there are many signals that I need in different levels and components in my design, but it will be easier when I use Chipscope Core Inserter. I tried to use VIO and Chipscope Core Inserter simultaneously, but I failed. I can only find a VIO or a ILA in the Chipscope Pro Analyser without another one. Is there some simple way to use VIO and ILA in my situation?
