AP transaction error, DAP status f0000021

Hi,

I am using zynq processor and testing on PS ethernet controller and DDR, I want prove ethernet controller design by doing necessary configuration through TCL using JTAG. I was running my test procedure to configure ethernet controller control register but iam getting AP transaction error, DAP status f0000021

I am sending ethernet packets from board to pc by using tcl the same procedure was kept in loop to send multiplr packets first loop was working as expected but when it goes to second loop and acess the first register in that procedure i am facing AP trasaction error(APB bus for control register access)

please help regarding this issue
