How to debug three FPGA conected in daisy chain using SDK?

Jump to solution

Hi,there are three XC7V690T FPGA conected in daisy chain on my board.

I could program each FPGA using VIVADO.

I want to debug Microblaze in one of the three FPGA.

I am confusing that how to chose which FPGA to be programmed when I click 'Program FPGA' in XILINX SDK.

I have attached a doc that I created for a Microblaze in a daisy chain (with Zynq devices). However, the concept of connecting to your device should apply here too

I could program each FPGA using VIVADO successfully, as the DONE pin goes high after the configuration.

I could chose each FPGA to be programmed in SDK.

The problem is whenever I chose a FPGA to be programmed, it seems to be that the FPGA 1 was programmed all the time, and the DONE pin did not go high.

Sorry, didn’t see your posts.

Are you selecting the correct target in the GUI?
You can also select the fpga from xsct using the targets command, and fpga -f download.bit

Does this work?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see in the respective GUI and XSCT like I have in the doc?
