Which FPGA device are you using?

You can estimate power separately by using Xilinx  Power estimator (XPE) spread sheet.  Please download XPE spread sheet as per your device family used.

By using that XPE spread sheet you can estimate power as per instructions given in the following user guide https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2017_3/ug440-xilinx-power-estimator.pdf

(OR)

You after implementing the project you can estimate power by using Vivado Power tool. The below tutorial link guide you to do that.

https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2017_3/ug997-vivado-power-analysis-optimization-tutorial.pdf
