Hi @julian3434 ,

Please refer UG1208 (v2018.1), page no.99 to create a bootable image and programming the flash.

https://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_manuals/xilinx2018_1/ug1208-xsct-reference-guide.pdf

Thanks & Regards
Anil B

Thanks for your help. I can use XSCT and Jtag tool to burn BSP file into NandFlash of board now, after I used the command "rst" to stop processor running.

But I meet another issue below:

U-Boot 2018.01 (Oct 29 2019 - 19:57:53 -0700)

Model: Zynq Zed Development Board
Board: Xilinx Zynq
Silicon: v3.1
DRAM: ECC disabled 240 MiB
MMC: Card did not respond to voltage select!
mmc_init: -95, time 23
Card did not respond to voltage select!
mmc_init: -95, time 23
sdhci@e0101000 - probe failed: -95
Card did not respond to voltage select!
mmc_init: -95, time 24

It seems that the boot mode of uboot default configure is MMC/SD card, so how to modify configure file into the mode boot from NandFlash?

Thanks in advance.
