I am not sure I understand this question... Are you talking about which memory would be used to store this application? Or which memory can be tested using the memory tests?
The memory you choose to store your application depends on the application size and the memory size. Typically, small applications like memory test out of BSB are stored in the BRAM and larger applications like peripheral test out of BSB are stored in external memory like SDRAM/SRAM.
