Nothing found at port: /dev/ttyUSB

Im using SDK terminal with Nexys Video board. Although I am able to use Uart serial port with minicom(serial terminal in Linux), SDK terminal gives nothing found at /dev/ttyUSB error.

Please try to run SDK with sudo and check again.

Thank you for  your reply @abouassi . When I try to run sdk with sudo it accepts and connects to the terminal. However, my working style is that launching to sdk from vivado with "Launch SDK" button. So from this button how sdk can be started as root?
