Programming flash vs. FIFO length

Hi Everybody,

I'm working with microblaze and Spartan 6, SP605. I can program flash memory to run hardware and software on power up, first i add the bootloader to my system, programming the .srec file in memory with a certain offset. After that i program the hardware (.bin file) with no offset.

Everything works OK until i changed two custom peripherals. The only thing i changed is the fifo's length, but software and the rest of the hardware are the same. After doing that i can't program flash memory correctly, hardware seems to be OK but it can't run the software.

I tried to change memory offset when programming flash but it didn't work and i don't know what may be the problem....

¿Any idea?

Thanks in advance
