Hello @stgateizo

The key symbol appears when you do any change in resource configuration of that folder or file.

Right click on folder/file with key symbol -> properties

Examples to verify this,

  1. C/C++ general->paths and symbols->symbols  - update some symbol

or

  1. C/C++ build->Settings->Tool Settings->microblaze gcc compiler->warnings – enable pedantic

or

  1. C/C++ build->Settings->Tool Settings->microblaze gcc compiler->profiling – enable profiling

You can restore to default by following below steps:

Right click on the folder which has key symbol and navigate to Resource Configuration -> Reset to Defaults

        Or

Right click on src -> properties - > Restore Defaults

Hope your query is resolved.

Best Regards,

Nutan

Hi @stgateizo,

Not sure about the meaning of that icon... does the file information provide you any hint? (just go to properties of the file using right click).

You might try to check the information within Eclipse documentation as this is not nothing specific to Xilinx.

Ibai
