This is a question that I saw over and over but I without a definitive solution or at least not for my case.
I have in Vivado SDK 2018.2 several projects in my Project Explorer:
Some of those are "my code" (e.g. *_project) and some others are "Vivado-generated code" (e.g. *_project_bsp and conv2d_design_wrapper_hw_platform_0).
I want to put on a versioning system (Git) only the files that cannot be automatically generated.
How can I do? Do I need any of the files in *project_bsp on Git? Do I need the hw_platform?

To add more on @nutang,
You need Hardware platform which represents the Board/SoC specific files in a workspace. *_bsp will be generated for a application which you have created/imported. you can use create an application with git version tool as suggested below.
Don't forget to reply, kudo, and accept as solution.
