SPLB in not recognized

Jump to solution

Hey Guys.

I am trying to upload the HWICAP core using the peripheral import wizard (Don't ask me way :smileyhappy:).

I've selected the PAO file and at the end got to the SPLB Ports window.

Unfortunately, the wizard does not recognize the ports to connect to the SPLB Bus as you can see in the following pic

I would connect them myself but I don't have all the ports in the list and therefor I can't.

Any way to solve this guys?

Thanks a lot.

Assaf.

If you look at the underlying VHDL, HWICAP does not have the pure SPLB interface, so the signals do not match.

You probably need to use XPS_HWICAP to get the full SPLB.

Quite why you are trying to do this, I have no idea but you wrote don't ask, so I won't.
