what is the relation about 84 and 61?

Referring to  GPIO entries : 84: 0 0 zynq-gpio 61 pl_intr_ex

 

84 is the IRQ number for GPIO which is (52+32) = 84

 

61 indicates the IRQ ID for the PL interrupt (which is external interrupt in your case).

For the details on the IRQ ID refer to the Zynq TRM table 7-4 PS and PL Shared Peripheral Interrupts (SPI)
