2019.1 VDMA driver causes kernel OOPS on StreamON

Hi

Petalinux 2019.1, building OS for custom Zynq 7020 board, kernel v4.19.0

I have a system that streams mono video into, and out of PL, using vdma core

When I activate either of the video streams with VIDIOC_STREAMON I get a kernel oops in xvip_dma_buffer_queue() which is part of the xilinx video driver in xilinx-dma.c

I had this working under Petalinux 2016.4 but have ported the design to the 2019.1 tools (and consequently have had to convert from single to multiplane v4l2 APIs)

There is no DRM in this system - output stream goes to a custom core. I read somewhere that the xilinx pipeline driver does not currently work without Xilinx DRM. Is this the cause of the problem ?

Attached file gives kernel error log, DT entry and application code.

Thanks

Malc
