Boot preloaded Linux from SPI flash

I've bought a Trenz Electronic TE0720 Zynq module, where it should be preloaded with Linux inside SPI flash (PetaLinux I guess). I tried to connect the board with JTAG to Hterm software, but couldnt get anything response on the PC. Is there any command I should type to be able to load the linux kernel from SPI?

Thanks :)

Re: Boot preloaded Linux from SPI flash

Please make sure of the following things-

1. The boot strap mode pins were set to QSPI mode.
2. The UART drivers are installed on your machine to see the prints.

Re: Boot preloaded Linux from SPI flash

I just started working with Trenz Electronic TE0720 Zynq module.

This board was already used by some another person.

I am able to boot the board in QSPI mode, its working fine.

I have a folowing doubt,

1) Whether it is containg preloaded Linux image or not. How to check whether it is preloaded image?

2) Is preloaded Linux image itself petalinux?

Thanks in advance :)
